Message Data: As a technical provider for WhatsApp services, we process phone numbers and message content solely for the purpose of transmitting messages via the WhatsApp Business API.
Usage Data: Logs tracking message delivery status such as sent, delivered, and read notifications.
Healthcare Appointment Data: Our platform processes appointment scheduling information — including patient names, appointment dates, times, and the name of the healthcare provider — solely for the purpose of sending automated appointment reminders. We do not collect, store, or process medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or any clinical health information. 4. WhatsApp Messaging Consent
Zendyt LLC delivers messages to end users via WhatsApp on behalf of the businesses ("Clients") that use our platform. We strictly adhere to a permission-based messaging model.
Double Opt-In Process: End users are enrolled through a verified process. A user receives an initial request and must reply with an affirmative confirmation (e.g., "YES") before any service messages are sent.
Message Types: Depending on the Client's provisioned tier, messages may include appointment reminders, transactional alerts, or marketing content approved via Meta’s template system.
Opt-Out Mechanism: Users may opt out at any time by replying to any message with an opt-out keyword (e.g., "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE"). Requests are processed within 24 hours, and no further messages will be sent unless a new consent is established.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Each of these partners processes your data solely to enable our platform's functionality, and their practices are governed by their respective privacy policies, which can be found at Twilio Privacy, WhatsApp Legal, and Airtable Privacy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. If a Client account is terminated, data is typically deleted after a 90-day grace period unless a legal hold is required.
